What kind of furniture do you sell? We are manufacturer of solid Rosewood furniture, Divan sets and Luxury Mattresses. Everything you see on this website is genuinely handmade by us from the highest quality material and solid timber using only traditional carpentry techniques.

What is Rosewood? Classic rosewood comes from Dalbergia latifolia known as (East) Indian Rosewood. It is native to India and is also grown in plantations elsewhere in Southeast Asia. Throughout S.E. Asia Dalbergia oliveri is harvested for use in woodworking. It has a very fragrant and dense grain near the core. Dalbergia sissoo is also a rosewood species from Subcontinent. It is extremely dense, strong, and durable. It is stronger than teak and is comparable in price. The valuable timber is used for quality furnishings. 

What type of quality should i expect? The one thing we can assure you all our furniture pieces are made to last life time. Our furniture items are very solid and sturdy. We always recommend physical viewing before you purchase.

Can I collect my furniture? Yes you can collect by prior appointment from our warehouse in Birmingham West Midlands (B7 4NT). Collection is available between 10am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.  Call us on 0121 359 3844 to make an appointment and get directions.

I've seen your furniture cheaper on another website will you price match? Yes we will but It is highly unlikely as we only sell Solid wood furniture which is designed and manufactured by us (H&H Furniture & Interior).

Is your furniture checked before it is delivered? Most of our Furniture manufactured in Subcontinent, it has already travelled a long way and is a fragile commodity, if handled carelessly it can damage easily, so therefore we thoroughly check our furniture before it is despatched, we have a 99% success record of customers happily receiving non damaged goods. 

If I buy something but don't like it, can I send it back? You can, but you have to pay for a collection fee, although this will be waived if the goods are exchanged for something else. 

Can I request a swatch? Yes. If a swatch is available we will be more than happy to post one for you.

Do you have a showroom? No. We are online business and we process all order from our Birmingham warehouse but  you are more than welcome to come and see the product  (by appointment only)

Where do you deliver? We deliver anywhere in UK, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Islands, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands, Isle of Man. (There are  extra charges for other than mainland England. There are different delivery terms for each item, please see our Delivery section on each listing or Delivery Page here)

How much do you charge for delivery? We offer FREE delivery on most of our items to mainland England unless otherwise advertised.  There are extra charges If you live in Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Islands, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands, Isle of Man. We charge extra for Wales and some parts of England on some of our solid wood ready assembled heavy furniture items).

When will I be contacted to arrange delivery? We will call you after placing your order to arrange your delivery date. If we are waiting for the stock we will call you as soon as it arrives.

How long will I have to wait for delivery? Depending on item you ordered, if the item is in stock (can be seen on product page) we deliver within 2 to 5 working day.

Which courier do you use for delivery? We have in house delivery network. All deliveries are made by our expert delivery team.

Do you deliver inside the property? Your order will be delivered in your room of choice by 1 man or 2 man delivery team.

Do you assemble the furniture? Most of our pieces are already assembled; anything needs assembly i.e. Beds, Mirror for Dressing and Wardrobes etc will be assembled in your room of choice by our delivery team. 

What days do you deliver? Monday to Friday between 7am and 7pm excluding Bank Holidays. (Weekend Delivery Available)

Can I request a specific delivery date and time? Yes you can request a specific date for your delivery, we will try our best to make arrangement according to your convenient.  If you have concerns about your delivery timing, please call us on 01213593844.

Will I need to stay at home all day to take delivery? We will give you 2 hours delivery window. You will be informed via email, call or text with delivery day and time window. We will also update you on the day of delivery and let you know half an hour before our delivery team is due to arrive.  

Can you dispose of my old furniture? No, however you can contact your local council arrange a collection.

Can I cancel my order? Yes, as long as you let us know before your order is assigned to delivery team, if we already have despatched your order we will refund less carriage charges. (Highly unlikely as we will confirm delivery day and time with you before assigning it to delivery team)

Can I return an item if i am not happy? Yes. As long as you let us know within 14 days of receipt and it is unused, in perfect, saleable condition and in its original packaging.
You can return up to 14 days after delivery, again your order must be in its original packaging and in a perfect and saleable condition (for our return policy click here) . Your refund will be processed after all item/s have been inspected back at our warehouse and we will deduct a collection charge.  Any item/s that are returned without their original packaging, or not in a perfect or saleable condition, will be refunded accordingly.

What happens if the item/s I have ordered do not fit? Returns due to lack of access will incur a failed delivery fee. All of our items carry clear sizing information in their product description; we strongly advise checking all measurements and access before ordering.

What if I miss my delivery? Highly unlikely as our delivery team will not leave unless its confirm that you are available to accept the delivery.

Is it safe to order over the internet? Yes. All sensitive information is encrypted. To ensure maximum security we use (Sage Pay) Barclay secure card payments system.

What methods of payment do you accept? You can pay online or by calling us by following methods VISA, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, Solo, Master Electron and American Express. You can also pay by cash on delivery, cheque or BACS call us to reserve the products while we wait for your payment to clear.

Can I order over the phone? Yes. Simply call us on 0121 359 3844 Monday to Friday 10am-5pm. 

Do your products come with any guarantees? Yes all our products come with a 1 year manufacturer’s guarantee.
