The Sareer Matrah Reflex Plus Mattress utilises its hypo-allergenic nature and lack of fillings to provide a mattress that is both supportive, refreshing, and durable. It’s of a medium to firm support level, making it both ideal for those who prefer good back support, as well as those who enjoy the comfort of a soft knit mattress cover.

Suitable for all types of bed frames, and available in a variety of sizes, the mattress comes vacuum packed to ensure its freshness is kept for as long as possible.

Free Delivery

Standard UK Mainland delivery is free on all orders Monday to Friday (excluding Bank holidays). Orders will usually be dispatched within 1-3 working days. However some deliveries may be slightly longer dependent on stock. Every item has different delivery timings please see above “Delivery options”.

Next Day Delivery

Next Day delivery is only available on selected products - if next day delivery is available this can easily be seen above on the product pages under “Delivery options”.

2 Man Room of Your Choice

Most of our large furniture items (over 50 kg) have 2 man delivery option, we may occasionally use one man door step delivery even for large items. If 2 man room of choice available our delivery team will take your new furniture inside the property.  Every item has different delivery timings please see above “Delivery options”.

The following postcodes are classed as Non-Mainland UK and Remote/Rural delivery: AB, IV, KW, PA, PH, HS, KA, ZE, PA, PO, IM, TR, GY, JE. Please choose “Delivery Option” above accordingly. If unsure please contact us.

We offer delivery to above non-UK mainland areas/post codes. However these more remote and rural parts of the UK are more difficult and expensive to reach therefore we will need to add a delivery cost of £45 to your order. Unfortunately we cannot offer Next Day Delivery to these areas and delivery may take 7-10 working days for large furniture items.

Additional Delivery Information

  • Please make sure you supply your contact number preferably Mobile number.  We use multiple courier service and most of them will use SMS service to update you about your delivery day and time slot.
  • Once your item (s) is despatch we will send you despatch notification email containing all the delivery related information including tracking and estimated day of delivery.
  • Our courier will always seek a signed Proof of Delivery from an authorized adult. Our courier as standard will not deliver to neighbours. 
  • If there is going to be a slight delay with your order we will contact you by email as soon as were made aware with an estimated delivery date. 
  • If you miss the agreed delivery we will attempt delivery again free of charge, If on the second attempt the Customer is not available to accept the goods, the goods will be returned to us and we will charge delivery and return charges even if the item was advertised as free delivery.
  • You MUST check the box at the time of delivery, if the box is damaged please tell the Courier and sign as box received damaged.  We will not be able to compensate you if you accept the goods and do not point out any damages to the Courier.  It will be considered that the goods have been delivered in good condition.
  • Most Deliveries are to doorstep only, the courier driver may deliver inside the property but not guaranteed. If you have chosen 2 man room of choice or we are offering this service the crew will deliver inside the room of your choice (down stair only).   
  • If you live in a block of flats the couriers will only deliver to the Ground floor of the property inside the main entrance.
  • Please notify us by email prior to return we will try and rectify problem for you. If your item is delivered and there is damage to the outside of the boxes, please sign the delivery notes 'damaged packaging & unchecked'.
 
Multiple Deliveries

We use a variety of carriers and furniture suppliers so if you order multiple items they may come from more than one place and be delivered separately, as per the delivery time stated on the product page and the corresponding delivery method(s) detailed above. If this is the case we will contact you to inform you and, where possible, give you the option of a single delivery.

Signing for your Delivery

All deliveries must be signed for on receipt. Before signing for delivery, please visually inspect the goods to ensure the packaging and the product are in perfect condition and your property has not been damaged in any way during the delivery process. If necessary, please make sure you detail any problems on the delivery note. When your goods are delivered please retain the original packaging until you are sure that you do not need to return the goods for any reason.

Returns policy

Once you receive your order you have 14 calendar days to contact us if you decide to return some or all of it. Should you wish to return an item we will collect it from you, the return charges will be applied according to the size and weight of the item, which will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you may organise to return the item yourself.

Whichever of the above you choose, please note that all items must be returned in their original packaging or similar. Items that are not adequately packaged at time of collection may not be collected and we may charge you to cover the cost of the failed collection.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days (mostly sooner) of receipt of goods and after we have inspected them for damage. We reserve the right to withhold all or part of your refund if items are returned damaged.

Mattresses, mattress toppers and pillows can only be returned if they are unopened. Mattresses, mattress toppers and pillows that have been opened and slept on cannot be returned. If you wish to test a mattress, mattress topper or pillow please keep it wrapped until you are sure you want to keep it.
