Your continued use of this website constitutes your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall also govern all transactions on the website to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions.

Impex Furniture UK reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice to you and any changes will take effect on the day they are posted. Any such changes will be posted on this section of the website and your continued use of the website constitutes your agreement to be bound by the prevailing terms and conditions. You will be requested to read and accept these terms and conditions every time you place an order. For this reason, we encourage you to review them whenever you use this website to ensure that you are familiar with the latest terms and conditions.

By placing an order with us, you are acknowledging the following:

  1. The seller reserves the right to alter or modify the product or information contained herein at any time in the light of technical or other developments. We try our best to advertise our products on website as accurate as possible on occasion, we may/our partner/suppliers alter the designs or sizes of pieces slightly. We cannot accept these as faults.
  2. It is virtually impossible to accurately portray the actual colour of natural wood products or upholstery fabric in a web picture, due to differing screen resolutions, and natural variations from batch to batch. With regards to our wood furniture, we endeavor to give the best portrayal of colour, but we cannot accept colour or shade differences as evidence of defects.

Damages & Defective Items:

  1. First of all, rest assured that we will not let you down when it comes to after sales service.
  2. It is highly unlikely that your goods will get damaged while in transit, but Incase if there is any damages to the goods due to transportation, we will dispute this directly with shipping companies and will compensate you accordingly.
  3. If you are using your own shipping company, we will highly recommend to buy insurance of the goods direct with shipping company.
  4. In the highly unlikely event that an item is defective.  We would need evidence of the damage/defective product in the form of digital photographs/video. We will then investigate the issue to determine that the product was not misuse and the defect/damage is purely manufacturer fault. We will then forward your claim to the manufacturer for them to rectify/reimburse in the next shipment or send parts where possible.

Cancellations:

Please note we will not accept cancellation once we paid your deposit direct to the manufacturer. We highly recommend to discuss all aspects of your requirements with us before generating an invoice.

Unforeseen Circumstances:

While every effort is made to meet our customers’ demands, cancellations or variations may be necessary as a result of an Act of God, war, strike, lockout, labour dispute, fire, flood, drought, or other causes beyond our reasonable control.
